Dan’s practice is focused on commercial real estate and business transactions and real estate finance. He represents clients in land acquisitions, entity formation, loans, sales and purchases of developed and undeveloped properties, and general business and development issues. His experience includes the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, restrictive covenants for mixed-use developments, retail and office leases and easement agreements. Dan regularly represents both banks and borrowers on complex loan transactions.
